What is an LTT Activity?
Learning, Teaching, and Training (LTT) activities are structured mobility events funded under Erasmus+. They bring together professionals, trainers, and students from partner countries to engage in intensive training programmes that cannot be delivered at national level alone.
Within DiBoost-HB, the LTT activity provides a unique opportunity for health and beauty professionals and their trainers to immerse themselves in cutting-edge digital training methods, exchange best practices across four European countries, and experience the curriculum first-hand.
LTT Objectives
- → Provide hands-on digital skills training to health and beauty professionals
- → Build trainer capacity for delivering digital education in the sector
- → Test and validate the Digital Transformation Curriculum in a real-world setting
- → Strengthen cross-border professional networks among participants
- → Foster intercultural exchange and European identity in VET
Target Participants
The LTT is designed for health and beauty professionals (estheticians, hairdressers, spa therapists, wellness specialists), VET trainers and educators delivering digital skills training, and VET students preparing to enter a digitised labour market. Priority is given to participants from vulnerable or disadvantaged groups.
